After more than 15 years at a Denver-based architecture firm, Karen founded Form Design Co. in 2026 to build a more focused, design-driven studio — one rooted in strong ideas and even stronger collaboration.
Known for thoughtful interiors with a clear point of view, her work is shaped by global perspective and a deep respect for craft. She believes good design should feel intentional, immersive, and built to last.
Her process starts with listening. From there, she translates collective vision into spaces that are layered, personal, and enduring. With experience spanning hospitality, multifamily, corporate, civic, senior living, healthcare, higher education, and mixed-use environments, Karen brings both range and rigor to every project — equal parts creativity and follow-through.
At her prior firm, she led community outreach efforts, organizing volunteer and fundraising initiatives that strengthened local partnerships and internal culture alike. That commitment carries forward at Form Design Co., where meaningful community engagement isn’t an afterthought — it’s part of the foundation.
